The algorithm of carrying out audit and an assessment of the new technologies “business processes” most ready to introduction is offered for their introduction..
In article various theoretical aspects of an exit of the companies on the foreign markets are considered. Influence of globalization on productivity of the companies is considered, ways and factors of a choice of strategy of an exit to the world market are analysed. The behavioural and cultural aspects influencing strategy of an exit to the world market are analysed. The analysis of strategy of the companies which have entered the foreign markets, is carried out taking into account the previous researches in this area.
The following conclusions became result of research: 1) globalization positively influences the companies as the market increases, however the small companies and the companies in emerging markets lose in competitive fight; 2) the companies with considerable experience are inclined to choose strategy of opening of own enterprise while the organizations without similar experience prefer export or joint venture in the host country territory; 3) the strategy choice with a bigger involvement of resources is directly proportional to knowledge of culture of the country to which there is a company. At entry into the market with other culture smooth adaptation is necessary for successful realization of strategy. At last, people are inclined to make behavioural mistakes, and knowledge of them and continuous control will help to achieve successful results; 4) for an exit and successful work in the foreign markets of the company important not only to possess competences, but also to be able to protect them and to keep in time; 5) on the market with high political and investment risks, and also adverse economic conditions of the company are inclined to choose strategy with the minimum investment of money (franchizes, licensing).

Starting in 2017, the carrying out of technological and price audit of investment programs (projects of investment programs) and reports on their implementation has been secured as the necessary measures for the electric grid companies of Russia in the framework of approval procedures and approval of investment programs and oversee their implementation.
Realization of technological and price audit requires to review large set of information in short period of time, which is limited by investment program validation procedures. Forming representative sample (which describes general population accurately) as an object of analysis could increase audit efficiency. The approach shown in the article is based on mathematical methods of analysis.
On the example of the project of the investment program of PJSC "MOESK" the authors made an attempt to apply the described technique. This technique made it possible to perform the main task - the formation of a sample of investment projects, which allows without loss of quality and complexity of the investment program materials to preserve the validity and objectivity of the formed conclusion based on the results of technological and price audit.

The authors confirmed the thesis that the development of investment in innovative solutions for supply chains is ensured by more active participation of stakeholders in the investment process.
The article proposes the way of mathematical formalization of institutions in the framework of game-theory approach. The rules are represented by transpositions of payoffs in payment matrix. Such the transitions call the change the structure of game equilibriums. This approach allows separation of coordination and distribution aspects of institutions, division institutions into classes and distinguishing aggregateс of institutions, which produce identical transformation. Through evolutionary game theory formalism it is shown that such parametric management influences the structure of steady states, what allows investigation of institutions’ influence on self-organization, in particular, through transformation of topology of phase portrait of the system. In accordance with the fact that dynamic with multiple steady states is typical for coordination problem as a whole, an approach suggested of the rules formalization appears to have rather broad application.
The practice of bankruptcy procedures for citizens in Russia showed their lack of effectiveness, which is due, among other things, the uncertainty of legal regulation of the issues of restoring their solvency. Objectives of the article are formation of a logically and scientifically based methodology for developing a plan for the restoration of citizens’ solvency, taking into account the financial and economic features of citizens’ activities and the requirements of legislation, theoretical substantiation of legal and economic criteria for the restoration of citizens’ solvency in order to improve the efficiency of bankruptcy rehabilitation procedures.
According to the results of the study at the theoretical level author determinedthe essence of the restoration of the solvency of the citizendebtor, which allowed to formalize the legal and economic criteria for the restoration of their solvency. A methodology has been developed for developing a plan for the restoration of citizens' solvency. Author formulated proposals to improve the legal regulation of bankruptcy procedures of citizens, taking into account their financial and economic features. It was concluded that the plan to restore the solvency of citizens can be considered as a form of a contract between creditors and a debtor, significantly reducing the costs of opportunism and increasing the efficiency of bankruptcy procedures. The obtained results are of practical importance for the regulator and participants in bankruptcy proceedings with respect to citizens, as well as theoretical significance in terms of helping to contribute to the development of the theory of solvency of citizens.
The pension reform in Russia, launched in 2018, will have pronounced and multifaceted impacts on many industries in terms of production, consumption, marketing and employment. The development of segments of senior people's tourism, the features and specificity of economic psychology, motivation and consumption of tourist products by people of the third age, the increasing inclusion of elderly workers in the labor force in the tourism and hospitality industry as a new productive resource and other strategic considerations are becoming even more relevant to scientific and practical examinations. The article presents an attempt to summarize the specific risks and problems that the tourism sector will have to face in connection with the increases in the retirement age. Along with this, the opportunities and prospects that are opened up to the industry as a whole and the development of particular types of tourism and tourism sub-sectors are identified and analyzed under the condition that the increases in the retirement age are indeed accompanied, as it is planned, by overall improvements in the socioeconomic activity, productivity and paying capacity of senior citizens. Accordingly, pensioners and pre-pensioners will provide greater demand in the market of tourist services. By attracting elderly people to work positions in the tourism and hospitality industry, the threats of mass unemployment and precariousization of employment of pre-retirees would be partially partly mitigated. The paper also presents examples of international experiences and practices in the development of tourism of the older generation and its employment in tourism, which will become more relevant along with the implementation of the pension reform taking into account socio-economic and cultural specifics, formal and informal institutions of the Russian society in general and the regions in particular.
It is considered of information signals on the future earnings of the Russian companies. Information signals can influence behaviour of investors at an estimation of the future earnings. Indicators of internal growth and shock can influence on earnings in the future. The shock indicator allows to consider a situation when the company will pass from debt financing to internal sources of financing to lower the wastage rate of assets connected with influence of shocks. Internal financing is performed at the expense of the cheapest source - earnings. It allows to reduce level of debt risk by means of capital structure adjustment (repayment of a part of amount of debt). Indicators of shock and internal growth for investors are the information indicator of prospects of development of the company.
