Abstract
The article discusses topics connected with self-regulating issues in Russia. The legislation regulating activity of self-regulating organizations of insolvency officers, surveyors and auditors has been examined. Ways for improving legal regulation of reviewed fields of entrepreneurial activity are suggested.

Abstract
This article analyses the perspectives of using self-regulating in natural monopoly enterprises. A hypothesis is presented and proved that the conditions for using self-regulating in these enterprises appear only in existing competition medium. It is reasoned that “pure” self-regulation is hardly possible and most suitable option for them is co-regulation (on the examples of electric power and heat supply industries), while the state should keep possibility in principle of influencing self-regulatory body decisions.

Abstract
The article examines other countries’ experience in developing methods and types of regulating insurance activity. Aims, tasks and mechanisms of self-regulation in this field are rationalized. Negative aspects of self-regulation are revealed. In the author’s opinion, a balanced combination of state regulation, self-regulation and co-regulation is needed for increasing socio-economic efficiency of insurance activity.

Abstract
Having highly developed civil society institutions and efficient dialog with state authorities of all the power levels is a prerequisite, the base for successful implementation of self-regulation, but not the opposite – forming SRO for civilian initiative growth, like it happens in Russia. The article shows flaws in professional societies’ work in managing housing facilities, discovers ways to improve functioning mechanism and regulatory and legal framework of self-regulation institution.

Abstract
Improving types of public regulation, using potentials of self-regulation institution, including self-regulating organizations of insolvency officers (SRO) are gaining crucial importance these days. Inspite the requirements set for insolvency officers (IO), their professionalism and the quality of their work remain poor, the number of administrative violations is rising. SRO hardly manage to control IO professional activities and their compliance with applicable law. The salvation for this problem lies in eliminating existing inefficient norms and searching for ways of improving efficiency of IO and SRO professional activities.

The article analyses problems of self-regulating organizations of insolvency officers’ and insolvency officers’ activities on the current stage of economic growth. Suggestions on creating complex legal system as an innovative mechanism of increasing efficiency of self-regulating organizations of insolvency officers’ and their members’ activities are made.

Abstract
The article overviews business development strategies aimed at extending branch and division net. To provide stability in such social and economical systems of complicated structure it is essential to create mechanisms of self-regulation based on complex evaluation of structural unit activities. The article rationalizes evaluation methods in short- and long-term periods of branch net creation. A system of key efficiency indicators, allowing to perform branch activity monitoring and react to changes timely, is presented.
