ФАКТОРЫ РОСТА СЕМЕЙНОГО БИЗНЕСА В РОССИИ: ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ И НАПРАВЛЕНИЯ БУДУЩИХ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЙ

摘要

Структурные изменения в российской экономике способствуют развитию предпринимательства, в том числе семейного. В данной статье предпринята попытка определить факторы и стратегии потенциального устойчивого развития семейного предпринимательства. Проведен анализ литературы по проблемам функционирования и развития семейного предпринимательства. Определены ключевые факторы роста семейного бизнеса: развитие культуры семейного бизнеса, вовлечение членов семьи в управление, обеспечение преемственности бизнеса, инновационное развитие, выход на международные рынки.
