For a number of years, worked in the European United Research Center (the Netherlands). Head of Department in Atomstroyexport, ZAO, deals with the issues of world power market analysis.

Russian Federation
Graduated from the Faculty of Physics of Kiev University. In nuclear power field since 1988. Worked for IAEA, in the Russian embassy in Vienna. IAEA expert in nuclear energy development issues. Now, Head of Marketing and Business Development Department in Atomstroyexport, ZAO. Deals with issues of promoting Russian high technologies on the world market.
V. V. Kuhto

Graduated from Moscow Engineering and Physics Institute. In nuclear power field since 1993. Participated actively in constructing Tianwan nuclear power plant in China according to Russian design. Head of the Commercial Department in Atomstroyexport, ZAO. Deals with issues corresponding to preparing and signing agreements on constructing Russian nuclear power plants abroad.
