数字创业中的数字社会技术可供性(数字可供性):系统性文献综述
摘要
创业活动的数字化改变了机会识别、资源获取、商业模式设计以及新创企业规模化发展的机制。然而,数字创业、创业生态系统、数字平台和初创企业等领域的相关文献仍呈碎片化状态:许多研究将数字技术视为转型的一般背景,却较少把数字社会技术可供性(数字可供性)作为解释创业行为的机制加以考察。本文旨在系统梳理可供性理论、数字创业与数字创业生态系统交叉领域的研究,并揭示数字可供性影响创业过程的具体机制。在方法上,本文遵循PRISMA框架开展系统性文献综述。最终纳入分析的文献共24篇,其筛选依据包括主题相关性、学术影响力以及是否实质性采用可供性视角。研究归纳出五个研究集群:机会识别、资源与支持获取、商业模式创新、生态系统与平台动态,以及数字初创企业的形成与规模化发展。研究结果表明,数字社会技术可供性(数字可供性)构成连接数字环境技术属性与创业结果的中介性社会技术层面。数字可供性能够降低交易成本、拓宽知识来源、加速试验过程,同时也可能加剧平台依赖。本文的实践意义在于提出数字可供性的类型学,并构建相应的分析框架,以便将数字可供性作为管理实践和创业支持政策的对象加以考察。本文的创新之处在于借助可供性视角整合分散的研究脉络,并将关注重点由一般性数字化转向对创业者具有实际意义的数字可供性配置。
