制造型组织数字化互动效率:交易层析分析
摘要
本文旨在构建一种适用于数字化转型、平台化及生态系统型协调发展背景的制造型组织数字化互动效率评估方法框架。本研究的重要性在于,传统效率指标难以充分反映组织在数字网络环境中的实际运行绩效。在这一环境中,内部部门与外部参与者之间数字化互动的速度、连通性、透明度、成本及完成度具有关键意义。研究目的在于基于交易层析分析法,构建制造型组织数字化互动效率的综合指标及分项指标体系。本文以功能分析法为方法论基础,将数字化互动视为一系列承担协调、信息传递、控制、协同和适应性调节功能的交易。文章提出了交易层析分析的概念框架,并将其界定为一种从主体、功能、流程、时间、成本、结构、绩效及生态系统等维度对数字化互动进行多维分层分析的方法。本文构建了一套分项指标体系,并将其划分为六个模块:时间效率、成本效率、结构效率、功能覆盖度、交易绩效及生态系统同步。在此基础上,文章提出了数字化互动综合效率指数和交易层析效率系数。上述指标可用于对制造型组织的数字化互动架构进行综合诊断,并识别瓶颈环节、冗余审批路径、过载节点以及跨组织协同不足的环节。本研究的学术创新在于,将数字化互动视为一种可通过层析分析进行量化评估的多维交易结构。研究的实践意义在于,所提出的工具体系可用于数字化互动审计、数字化转型监测、业务流程再造、供应链管理以及制造型组织管理控制系统的完善。
