УСПЕХ ПРОЕКТА И ИНДИВИДУАЛЬНАЯ ПРЕДПРИНИМАТЕЛЬСКАЯ ОРИЕНТАЦИЯ ПРОДЖЕКТ-МЕНЕДЖЕРОВ: РОССИЙСКИЙ КОНТЕКСТ

Реализуемые в условиях высокой неопределенности проекты выделяют как предпринимательские. Успех таких проектов сложнее достижим. Для успешного управления предпринимательскими проектами от их руководителей ожидаются способности, свойственные предпринимателям. В настоящей статье исследуются два вопроса, касающиеся успеха проекта, предпринимательских характеристик и неопределенности проекта. Во-первых, авторы пытаются выяснить, сопровождается ли повышение предпринимательской природы проекта, проявляющейся в повышении неопределенности по целям проектов и методам реализации, снижением успеха проекта. Во-вторых, влияет ли предпринимательская ориентация руководителей проектов на успех проектов и какова взаимосвязь между успехом проектов и их предпринимательской природой. Для ответа на эти вопросы были собраны данные от российских руководителей проектов, оценивающие выраженность предпринимательской природы проектов, успех проектов и индивидуальную предпринимательскую ориентацию руководителей. Собранные данные были исследованы с помощью факторного и корреляционно-регрессионного анализа. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют о наличии отрицательной связи между предпринимательской природой и такими показателями успеха проектов, как внутренняя эффективность, подготовка к будущему и результаты для клиента. С отдельными показателями успеха оказались положительно связаны такие показатели предпринимательской ориентации, как проактивность и готовность принимать риски. По мере повышения неопределенности позитивная связь с отдельными показателями успеха проекта выявлена со стороны готовности принимать риски, инновационности и проактивности.
