俄罗斯工业企业在数字技术影响下的商业模式转型

摘要
本文章介绍了数字技术对工业企业商业模式转型影响的分析结果。作者对工业企业进行了一项调查﹐突出强调了最经常使用的先进技术。分析了数字化转型的投资数量和方向﹐以及企业购买国外和国内技术﹑设备和软件的情况。制定了工业企业使用的数字商业模式的分类标准﹐突出了两个集群——平台商业模式和“未来工厂”的商业模式。俄罗斯工业企业数字化转型的商业模式首次得到强调:数字生态系统﹐共享创造价值的平台﹐实施定制的产品﹐智能工厂﹐工厂升级和数字工程。对于每一个集群﹐都强调了工业企业使用的数字化转型战略。数字化转型战略的特点已经被确定﹐所使用的战略也分布在各个行业。
